Case Study
Many businesses rely on disconnected tools for customer management, sales, invoicing, support, team operations, and e-commerce. This creates duplicated work, fragmented data, limited visibility across departments, and extra operational overhead when teams try to manage everything separately.
I developed BePlus API as a centralized backend that brings all of these workflows into one scalable system. Using Laravel and Sanctum, I designed a secure multi-tenant API with modular access control so each business can enable only the features it needs. The system connects core business operations such as CRM, finance, HR, support, inventory, bookings, and POS, while also supporting integrations like WooCommerce and public tools like landing page settings, custom CMS pages, and customer tracking endpoints.
The result is a flexible all-in-one business platform backend that can support multiple companies from a single codebase while keeping each tenant isolated and configurable. It streamlines operations, reduces tool fragmentation, improves reporting visibility, and gives the frontend a strong API foundation for building a complete SaaS-style business management product.
About this project
BePlus API is a large-scale backend platform I built with Laravel to support modern business operations from a single system. It provides a modular, multi-tenant architecture with secure authentication, role-based access, subscription management, reporting, and a wide range of business modules including CRM, invoicing, finance, HR, inventory, support, projects, bookings, and POS. The platform also includes public-facing features such as chat widgets, custom pages, delivery tracking, and web-to-lead forms, plus third-party integrations like WooCommerce.
