The system includes role-based access control, lead and sales pipeline management, automated customer engagement sequences, appointment scheduling, task management, inventory integration, financial tracking, and advanced reporting. Developed with Laravel and MySQL, the platform supports third-party integrations through RESTful APIs and leverages workflow automation to improve operational efficiency and customer follow-up processes.
