About this project
Dantata UBMS is a full-stack internal operations platform built for Dantata Foods, a food manufacturing business. It replaces scattered spreadsheets and manual workflows with a single authenticated dashboard where leadership and department heads can manage day-to-day operations.
The system covers financial transactions (with approval workflows), oil production & food division tracking, inventory with stock adjustments, procurement (purchase orders, approve/reject/fulfill), HR & staff management, attendance, process management, escalations, audit logs, and notifications. Role-based permissions control who can view, edit, or approve records across modules.
On the frontend, the dashboard behaves like a lightweight SPA: URL-based navigation, toast feedback, real API error messages, and polished tables with consistent date/currency formatting. Reports can be previewed and exported as PDF (financial, production, inventory). The backend uses Laravel policies, Sanctum API auth, audit logging, scheduled jobs, and an event-driven layer for notifications and escalations.
